My opinion of this dealership would have been completely sastisfy if they didn't drop the ball so many times. There seems to be no communication to facilitate customer service at this dealer. So far that is my story, I am a very patient individual, I was very happy with the sale experience and the price I got for the vehicle, but I don't understand why the after-sale service is horrible, it has been extremely inconveniencefor me in dealing with this dealership. I came in and found out that the Service department is closed, and apparently, the service center was to contact me but never did and my saleman doesn't have to key to the loaner so I was asked to go home and they will have someone come and pick up me car at work and leave a loaner with me. They would also give me a loaner car to take home for the night since I told them that I would come in later in the evening after work. So we drove the car home and 5 days later, my saleman asked me to come in and see the service center so that they could put on the mouldings. We were asked to come back when they have the mouldings in stock. After some negotiation, the dealer agreed to put on the additions that was promised onto the vehicle sitting on the lot. At this point, everything about the car that we have agree to seemed to not materialized. Then we found out that the car sitting on the lot doesn't have the same VIN as the one we initially agreed to purchase. Finally, we came to the dealer to pick up our car on the 3rd day, as we pull up, we immediately noticed that the car we wanted is sitting on the lot but it's missing the AWP trimming such as wheel arch mouldings, splash guards and heavy duty mats. Slight disappointed but didn't bother us too much. Maita forced me to comparison shop, so I did - dealerships in Roseville & Elk Grove were both at MSRP. I called 2 days later to see if we can pick up the car and the car hasn't arrived so they asked us to wait another day. 1047 Sales and Service reviews for Maita Subaru.
We wanted a particular color, so we were promised a vehicle would arrive 2 days later. We reached a deal in less than two hours, but the after-sale was not pleasant.
